CLASKA Restaurant "kiokuh" on the 1st floor of CLASKA, is now serving the early Autumn dinner course.

"Yu-nagi" is the calm, windless moment that occurs between day and night, between the seasons. The relaxing time lets our body and mind prepare for the new season to arrive.

The 7 plate course starts with lingering tastes of summer - appetizers like "Ayu grounded soup" "Zucchini, Mussele, Summer Green tea" - and winds up with the dessert "Sings of Autumn from the Northern Alps". Enjoy the beautiful & tasty passage of seasons.
